UCASM has her own six storey centrally air cooled state of art campus in Dhaka, the capital of Bangladesh, having international standard class rooms, common rooms, strong rooms, cafeteria, cyber cafe, own power station etc. Beside the main campus it has another building to run international department and conduct classes which is named ANNEX- Bhaban
The university has an air-conditioned and spacious library with sufficient textbook, reference book, journal and other reading materials. The students have free access to the library for study and they can borrow books for study at home. The library is working on its more than 10,000 e-books right now.
The college building is facilitated with all time electricity availability and the whole campus is a Wi-Fi zone with high-speed internet bandwidth.
Laboratories for Aeronautical Engineering & Science are very expensive. The University is trying to fulfill all the laboratories by the year 2014. So far, the UCASM has completed six laboratories. With the arrival of huge amount of aircraft parts, spares, equipment and component from Netherland in Mar 2013, UCASM now claim to have a full pledged practical Aero lab (4000 sqft) to meet all necessary requirements. It already has a DC-10, CF 6 Jet Engine, for practical use. The laboratory of CSE department is already completed. UCA has Language lab as well. UCASM has newly introduced a laboratory for culinary arts practical with a well-furnished kitchen.
The college building is equipped with many computer labs, including specialist games technology. These resources are accompanied by specific software, allowing student to enhance their skills. UCASM has its own management software to maintain organizational activities, behavior and institutional repository. Classrooms are fitted with Audio-Visual technology, allowing teachers to control multiple display screens to project teaching materials, students work and electronic design. Very recently UCASM has started using time control punch machine through which student attendance, late present information along with faculty and staff information are kept and maintained digitally.
To remove dullness of mind and keep fit the students, UCASM has so many indoor game items, like- carom board, chess and others.
It is a growing demand for every educational institution to have accommodation facilities for the student. UCASM measure this with high value and provides extensive care. Our college is situated in a prominent area of Dhaka city, located at Sec-3, Uttara model town. We have many outer district and foreign students at our institution came for their best education. So we have big challenge to accommodate them in a better and safer domicile. This is why we have boys and girls hostel within walking distance to college campus.
Waver is given to every student on the basis of their knowledge and results. College authority is also kind enough to meritorious but poor students and given scholarship to those students. Also student can transfer credit to abroad to continue their study.
US Bangla Airlines is our corporate partner to whom our students are doing internship. Beside this to make students practically skilled enough college authority also under taking students to different industrial tour, very recently students visited Makalu Airlines, Nepal.
There is a widespread job placement facility within 110 countries in the world. Besides, excellent students can build their career in different airlines of Bangladesh and these jobs are very prestigious also.
BSc in Aeronautical Science has been offered by United College of Aviation, Science & Management with considerable success since 2009.
