Overview
Pearson BTEC Level 5 Higher National Diploma (RQF) is a 2 year international qualification which is equivalent to 1st and 2nd year of a three-year UK Bachelor’s degree. This qualification is awarded by Pearson, UK and accredited by BTEC (Business & Technology Education Council) and Edexcel. Pearson BTEC Level 5 Higher National Diploma in Aeronautical Engineering is designed to provide with an in-depth knowledge of aircraft and engine design and level of maintenance engineering. The qualification is enables to progress towards obtaining a B. Eng. (Honors)/ level 6 in Aeronautical Engineering Degree from BTEC Pearson or a career within an aerospace or aviation industry. This qualification is also allows learners to develop knowledge, understanding and practical skills to embark on, or further, a career in the modern aircraft engineering business, whether in aircraft design and manufacturing, aircraft operations, or maintenance and repair.

Entry Requirement:
- HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) / A-Level (Group: Science)
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
- Should have completed HSC/ A Level/ Level 3 BTEC National Diploma in an Engineering Discipline.
- Minimum CGPA 3.50 or Above.
- A* to C and/or 9 to 4 (or equivalent) grade in GCSE Math’s is strongly recommended.
- English Language equivalent certificate or Able to speak, read, write and listen Basic English or IELTS Score 5.5/PTE 51.
